NYPD Officer Ymmacula Pierre is one of seven police officers being sued by EMT Stefon Luckey.

The NYPD officer who allegedly copped a corpse's credit card number was investigated by Internal Affairs on suspicion she stole from the living as well.

Ymmacula Pierre, 30, is one of seven police officers being sued by EMT Stefon Luckey for allegedly pilfering his $200 after he was arrested in Queens bodega in 2013.

Luckey said cops pepper sprayed and arrested him without cause in an attack that was caught on tape.

He was taken to the 113th Precinct station house, where Pierre was stationed at the time, and handed over his keys and a wallet with $200 inside. When he was released, he got back the keys — but not the money or his ID.
