Attorneys for the families of two students who were repeatedly fondled and sexually assaulted by children in their kindergarten class have filed a lawsuit seeking unspecified damages. The students at Public School 189 in Washington Heights could do nothing but watch as their fellow 5-year-olds pulled their pants down and rubbed their genitals on them, instructing the victims to touch and kiss them. The indecent antics went on for about four months, from September 2011 to January 2012, while the teachers were in the classroom.
