Six new tenants are headed for the office tower at 370 Lexington Avenue in deals totaling more than 12,000 square feet in fresh leases. The 27-story building also saw eight renewals for owner Sherwood Equities.

VINCI Concessions USA, the U.S. arm of a French concessions operator, took the largest new piece of the tower, signing on for 3,621 square feet.

Moving from Brooklyn, the law firm Held & Hines also signed a 2,410-square-foot lease, along with the nonprofit Council for American Education and Culture, which signed a 2,244-square-foot lease.

Sparkling wine producer Freixenet USA is taking a 2,128-square-foot space, and AMH Equity, an investment advisory firm, and developer Manhattan Residential signed 1,916-square-foot and 464-square-foot deals, respectively, according to the New York Observer.

“Our objective at 370 Lexington is to accommodate small businesses, an underserved niche in the city, providing them with Class-A space, good value and quality boutique services in the Grand Central area,” Adam Weissleder, leasing agent at Sherwood Equities, said in a statement. “These leases offer solid evidence that we are succeeding in this objective.”

The building also saw renewals from Fiduciary Intermediary, Dowa International, Total Beauty Media, Marisa D’Adamo PT, Creative Data Resources, Health Ace and Star Compliance [NYO] — Christopher Cameron
